How do you do your Marketing for your Job Boards?

Hi! I am thinking about launching a Job Board and I am currently strategizing the marketing aspect. How do you get your Users and Businesses? Through Facebook/Instagram & Linkedin Ads? Or do you somehow grow organically through SEO?

Would really appreciate your help :)

    I would look at creating amazing content. That way it gets shared a lot and gives you an initial boost for SEO etc.
