How do you find guests?

There are platforms out there that help you get matched with guests. However, it's an unfortunate reality that those who actively try to get on shows to speak are most often just driven by promoting themselves or their business (as opposed to having actual interesting stories to tell). This is why I recommend you try to find interesting people yourself and then contact them.

To speed things up, you could look into hiring a virtual assistant from an overseas country for this on a site like Upwork. You want to look for a "Lead generation specialist". You can brief them on what sort of person you are looking for, then ask them to populate a Google sheet with their profiles and contact information.
