How do you make landing pages fast?

I know many people manage to get amazingly looking landing pages that have really good copy on them and all that... It also seems that some of these people manage to get this pages made in record times, like hours or days. How do you do it?

It takes me a lot of time (embarrassingly more than a week) to make something look decent. I can code up a designed page pretty fast, coding isn't the problem.

Do you code them from scratch? Do you use some paid solutions? Templates? Starter packs?

What features are mandatory to include in a landing page? Like, the minimum stuff to make it look serious but not go overboard and take weeks or more to make it.

Any tips generally?

I typically download templates built in libraries/frameworks I'm familiar with.

These templates are usually coded by professional designers who follow best practices that optimize the page for load times, among other things.

All I do is to customize the content and link the front-end to the back-end.

    It works pretty well.
