How do you market a product for a community you don’t belong to?

I’ve been working on an Animal Shelter Management app, and have a few ideas for this community, but don’t even know how to market to this community

    Why not join the community? Find where they hang out, walk straight in and start talking to them. Email local shelters to try and bag some 1-to-1 time. Best of luck.
