We have all heard about the mythical "pivot", read about it, etc, etc.
Recently (5 weeks or so ago) I launched Workli (www.workliapp.com) and, through various conversations I had with existing users and potential new users, I realised that, with relatively little effort, I could pivot to a -hopefully- more lucrative target market for Workli.
Thus my questions for you are:
Have you pivoted in the past? if yes, how did you tackle it? incrementally? all at once? publickly and loudly talking and advertising the pivot or quietly moving to the new configuration? how have you dealt with existing users?
Indeed, any other insights you may feel able to share would be very valuable.
