How I find the niche for my business

When I finally quit my job at the beginning of 2017 I remember really struggling with the concept of niching.

I heard people say:

  • The money is in the niches
  • Niching allows you to charge more
  • Niching makes you more attractive

So, I literally tried everything possible to find my niche through trial and error.

Back then, I thought niching meant focusing on a type of industry or person.

But, I never really realised that niching could mean focusing on a very specific problem.

I found this out by accident, which I describe in this video: https://youtu.be/6slJPtR9g88

I’m actually publishing a series on “Lessons: My First 12 Months In Business” to help other entrepreneurs skip the failure queue and start growing their business quicker. So, if there’s anything, in particular, you’d like me to cover I’m all ears.

The next few videos are on:

  • How to get new clients
  • How to engage and sell to clients
  • How to work with new clients
  • How to price your services

Hope you find it useful.
