How I started working on a telehealth application in South Africa and currently lost

So I started working on a telehealth application (www.cape2caspian.com) in February of 2020 and completed the MVP in august. I want to take the application further and include realtime live chat but I am currently looking for funding to take this application to the next level but don't know what to do.
