A few months ago, I found myself battling my inner voice. "Watch the news," it said, "it's important to know what is happening in the world." All this negativity put additional strain on my mental wellness. I felt frustrated, trying hard to resist the urge to watch the numbers rise worldwide.
I decided to find a way to balance out the negative input with positive input. And that's when the idea of Pilina was born. An app to randomly remind me of positive thoughts and asks me powerful questions throughout the day. A tool to check-in with myself and become my accountability buddy.
The idea was simple:
Merely reminding myself to take a breath, that I'm loved, and asking myself about my goals for the day, elevated my mental wellbeing noticeably.
The worst thing that can happen is you're staying the same, so I challenge you to try it out for yourself. Download the app, create some reminders, and see the same positive transformation that I have experienced.

I've tried your app! The fundamentals are correct. I will encourage you to use more peaceful colours just like Headspace use. Also notification need to be more curated like funny intros from the bot and then your goal!
