How to approach Saturated Markets?

Hi guys,

i was just going through trust pilot the other day and found that many big companies are not doing great, people are frustrated and want something that takes good care of them. My question is how to approach such markets with a lot of competitors? Specially in task/project management tools market(trello/asana/etc)? This industry is also expected to grow by 13% till 2023. And every now and then there are new such tools popping up.
