If you are specialized in a sector and know perfectly the recruiters' expectations. Go for it.
Solution 1: You are a recruitment agency, sourcing type, and you send weekly profiles to your clients according to their criteria.
Solution 2: You are a profile bank (platform) and recruiters come to look for profiles thanks to your solution.
These solutions can be complementary.
Each week you can send X video profiles to recruiters according to their criteria or you can give them access to the whole video bank without giving the contacts (only video pitch + skils + job wanted).
If the company wants to get in touch with the candidate, they have to pay.
You can opt for a monthly subscription model with several plans depending on the number of contacts the company can have or pay per contact request.
Payment per contact. Each company has credits that it has purchased and uses its credits with the candidates it wants to meet.
