How to do a course with a friend without making it a competition?

Hi, 👋
It's been two weeks since I launched tinyflow on product hunt ship, and I have learned a lot already. 💪

Tinyflow is about how tiny mindful changes can result in remarkable self-improvement results. The app is a reflection app combined with courses on subjects like reducing stress, coping with sadness, keeping good habits, etc.

Do you guys think it's possible to do these exercises with a friend? Studies worldwide suggest that one of the best ways to stick to habits and positive change is to do it with a friend, have someone to talk to, and help through the difficult phases of building good habits and breaking bad ones.

My dilemma lies in how it's possible to do a course with a friend without making it a competition. There should never be a competitive aspect in mindfulness, mental health, or habit building. It's all a personal manner, but help from friends could be the ingredient that made or break it for personal growth.

One of my close friends got stress and anxiety, and I got my burnout, and the way we helped each other we spectacular, the feeling of not being alone, but at the same time knowing that you need to do it alone to get out of it, was I deep experience for both of us. It is because of that experience that I'm trying to implement a feature like that.

There is a screenshot of the main Idea, and please, if you have any suggestions on what to track, how to do it without the competitive aspect, please let me know.

Thanks for your support.

Cheers ✌️

this is your opinion, not a universal fact / truth; i don't agree, but, that doesn't really matter. lol.

this will limit your top-of-funnel, but, that's fine as it sounds like you're looking for a very specific customer!

    cool.!

Hi, Thank you so much for your feedback, and I agree with it's not a universal fact it's just my humble opinion. :)

What do you mean by it limits my top-of-funnel? Would you be able to clarify that a bit further?

      Thanks!

it means that folks who don't agree with you will not try your product. if you're okay with that, then move forward!
