How to find a cofounder in the Crypto space

I’m creating a Bitcoin company and I’m looking for a business development cofounder. Does anyone have suggestions on where to look for such a person? I’ve tried a few communities and found some decent people, but all know nothing about crypto. Not to say they aren’t capable of learning, but it would be great if they had the industry knowledge already.

You could try to search on some crypto communities on Reddit, asking for their LinkedIn profile to verify their industry knowledge.
