How to find where the target audience lives?

Greetings! I made a new project and, unfortunately, it is not aimed at bootstrapped indie hackers, so I cannot find clients here.
My last project is called Managiness and it helps business or product owners (PO) to monitor the activity of their employees/managers in the Chrome browser.
PO creates an account for the manager, sets a password for it and sends the data to the manager. Then the manager installs the extension, enters credentials, and from that moment PO sees where and how much time his manager will spend. When the manager finishes his work, he clicks the Stop button in the extension window.
It seemed to me this idea makes sense for those who deal with freelance managers, whose work in most cases is around the browser, and work efficiency is measured only by the end result. The hypothesis is that it will be more advantageous for a PO to detect an unscrupulous manager at an early stage of cooperation; the second is that under the supervision of a big brother, an employee will work more efficiently a priori . Besides, I deliberately refused the possibility to block certain websites by admin, because I think if a person wants to urgently watch YouTube, he will do it.
So now I am thinking where to look for clients. It is clear that this is a reddit \ producthunt \ hackernews \ betalist, but it seems to me that this is not quite the target audience.
I consider my target audience to be the owners of a small but quite profitable online business that has grown to the point of delegation. Maybe online coaches, owners of a network of websites, online stores, but where are they? Who had the experience of reaching this audience, please share your thoughts.
