How to follow people in multiple social media platforms?
Hi,
I am following some cool people on Twitter but they are also active in other social media platforms where they occasionally share different types of content. Is there any tool to easily track those peoples' activities in multiple platforms?

Yes but this doesn't solve the problem. I want a single dashboard to get all the feed, stories whatever from multiple platforms :)
I think the best way would be to check the Twitter profile of those people, and see if they reference their personal website. From there you should be able to find most of the sites they use to share news.
