Send multiple emails from multiple email addresses to their first level support team. Likelihood of success: Very Low 🤷‍♂️
Ask all of your customers to request API access to their first level support team. Likelihood of success: Low 😈
Ask well-connected friends to get you an intro to their head of partnerships. Likelihood of success: High! 🤝

After three months and approx. 147 emails exchanged… we did it.
