How To Get NFT Data Like dappradar?

How for example dappradar.com (and many others) get access to all that NFT data like statistics, volume, sales, and users. Are they getting it from an API? If yes which one?

I really wanted to try to build something like it but I'm still learning the process and currently I'm stuck.
