Jumping in here to say that my service Cloakist offers pretty much exactly this, except it's better than an embed. We let you basically put any Airtable form or share link at your own custom domain and change branding. This is an example for a form of our own, at our domain anyform.co:

Good article about free hosting but it does not cover how to get and setup a free custom domain (as indicated by the title), only the partially-customisable sub-domain offered by Render cloud.
