Can anyone share if they've picked a CRM recently, and how they picked it?
There's a LOT of CRMs to choose from.
I'm managing the Early Access process (sales, demos, onboarding, trials & legal/financial/approvals) for the new version of metroretro.io.
It's been relatively easy to manage without a dedicated tool so far, but I want to get ahead of us ramping up marketing and sales (both inbound and outbound) and start to use a CRM to record communication, demos, calendar reminders, customer details etc.
I'm not so fussed about the email marketing side of CRMs right now.
I'm also not averse to paying.
