How to remember podcast promo codes and custom links?

Hi, I'm obsessed with podcasts and can't go a day without listening to at least one.

I try to remember those promoted products or services and often looking back into which episode that was playing to find that again. Which is too much of a hassle and time-consuming.

Who shares this problem with me? How do you deal with such things? Is there a way to keep track of the products, promo codes, discounts?
