How to segment my client's database?

Hello.
I have over 20 000 people in my database and I would love to get to know some details about each of them.

Let's say I have 20 000 programmers and I want to ask them about programming languages, years of experience, past employers etc. I want to filter my database this way.

Is Google Form the best way to do this?
