How would YOU choose to monetize my website?

Hi, so I've a website in which I have free study resources (pdfs and such) highly demanded done by me.
I was wondering what would be the most efficient and lucrative way of monetizing my website.
So far I've thought:
+ Place google ads on my website
+ Add a thing such as adfly to every link of download of every resource

I haven't got any exprience with any of them so any tip is highly appreciated.
Thank you. :)

Ads require a TON of visitors to make a small amount of money. It doesn't hurt to try something like AdSense while you are figuring it out but unless you can generate tens of thousands of hits per day, it's unlikely to be worth your effort. Google has a calculator here: https://www.google.com/adsense/start/#calculator

If I were you, I would look for a way to get people to pay either via subscription, premium content, etc. Students value their education. I suspect you could find an angle where they decide it would be worth the money they put down but you can only figure that out by talking to them.

    Good luck!

Google AdSense and Affiliate Programs such as Amazon.

Chegg is essentially the exact same service, and they are subscription based.
