I have a suspicion that making the service too accessible is contrarian to the worldview of my audience.
How would you go about promoting this service?
Is there a hidden network effect here I’m missing?
If you can earn more offering an exclusive service then choose that but offering everyone access even though they would prefer exclusivity doesn't mean they won't use it.
