I AM LOOKING FOR A FOUNDING FULLSTACK ENGINEER TO LEAD A GROCERY DELIVERY STARTUP IN MEXICO.
My name is Martin and I'm the founder of Deliverisi, a grocery delivery startup focused on fresh products based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
I have deep expertise in the wholesale produce delivery business, but I am not an engineer. Nonetheless I have managed to build the tech infrastructure for the business with the help of an agency. However, Deliverisi has been growing rapidly in the past year and the agency model is not the best fit for us anymore. That's why I'm looking for a kick-ass engineer to take charge and lead the way from now on.
I am specifically looking for a fullstack engineer with great chops in Node, React, AWS and proven experience managing small teams. Although it's a fully remote position, it has to be somewhere not too far away from the Central Time Zone.
I am looking for a true partner I can trust and rely on. If everything works out, you can become a co-founder. Or you can stay with us working as founding engineer and get stock options.
