I built a PTE mock test website using laravel framework and MSQL. it has all modules included, listening, writing, reading, and speaking. you can also generate results, it has a fairly intuitive admin panel. if you are an instructor you can generate results when the student completes a set. you can visit the website but you need to be verified by one of the admin because this was the client's requirement. but you can visit with provided credentials made for demo purposes.
