I built an offline-first personal Kanban app. Feedback would be appreciated.

Hi Indie Hackers, I'm super excited to share my product Brisqi with you all. I officially launched this app in the first week of January this year and it has been downloaded by hundreds of users.

Brisqi

What is it?

As the title says, I built Brisqi - an offline-first personal Kanban app. By offline-first I mean, you don't need an internet connection at all to use it, but it has the ability to sync your data should you need it.
Many productivity apps today are web based and if they offered a desktop app, it would require you to be connected to the internet to use it. Nothing wrong with that, but it wasn't fulfilling my own needs. I needed a fully-functioning offline app.

Validation

First, the main goal of this app was to scratch my own itch. I built it because it was something I needed to manage my projects without worrying about internet connection and data privacy. Second, I found out on the web(Reddit, Quora, Stackoverflow etc) that there were many people out there who wanted an offline Kanban/task management app but couldn't find anything.

Those two points were enough for me to get started on this app. I was solving my own problem and for many other people who were looking for such an app.

Syncing to cloud

I also wanted to access my data on a different device. For that, I built a custom sync solution with end-to-end encryption. The data gets encrypted on your device before it is transferred and stored on the servers. No one can read your data besides you. Privacy is important to me, so encrypting user data made sense. And I figured, users would be using this app to manage their projects which could include confidential information so they would want their data protected as well.

Who is it for?

It's a niche product for a niche audience who have similar needs. It's not meant to compete any other alternatives out there. If you decide to use this app, you can be rest assured that there's a real human being behind this app and not some faceless entity, and that he's trying his best to make this app better every day. I'd be gradually adding more features to the app over time.

It's free to download for offline use currently and you can upgrade it to Standard plan if you want to sync you data on multiple devices. It's available for Windows, macOS and Linux. Android/iOS app will be available in upcoming weeks as I'm currently working on them. You can get Brisqi here - https://brisqi.com
