I have built a reasonably accurate divorce predictor but I don't know how to use it as a product.
As a data scientist, I am always doing side projects for satisfying my curiosity. Recently I came up with an algorithm that can predict divorce, and I have tested it with data from real-life couples, with accurate results. If anyone here has any ideas, please ping me!

This. Try to spin something negative to something positive. Identify the pain points. Try to guide them towards a therapist (would a sponsored referrals be ethical?).
From my personal experience the worst cases are tightly related to mental health issues / childhood trauma. Try to make this about mental health as there's a lot of money to be earned, and a lot of good to be done.
I would like to test, lol.

I think Real Estate uses this as a lead predictor. They try to target recent divorcees with house ads.
This is very true and many lead brokers try to do this.
As I understand it, you need couples to participate to make a prediction in your algo ... this is a tough ask.
If you are able to predict by sourcing passive data of some sort and feed that to a real estate broker .. it may be of great use to them.
Haha... that's a good idea. My app uses a questionnaire format, with questions like, 'Are your goals aligned with your spouse' or 'How often do you fight?' so I am not sure as to how law firms will use those responses.
