I launched on PH.... It did not go well.

I am trying to understand what I did wrong.
I followed many advices about how to launch on PH, things like pick the right time to have major exposure, provide a well detailed description of what your product does, provide good images...

The outcome has been 4 upvotes and 1 comment.. for a service that has a lot of use cases.
