I made a tool to help reduce churn and learn why subscribers are leaving your service.

Product Shuttle is a tool that started out as a feature for another side project and I decided to spin it out into it's own service. It's a tool for subscription based businesses so they can learn why customers cancel. You can even make sure customers are aware of other options (like pausing a subscription, switching plans, etc) to help reduce churn. It integrates directly with Stripe so setup is minimal and practically nothing if you use the bubble.io integration.

I know that adding friction in the cancellation process can really annoy customers (hello cable companies) so I tried to make sure this doesn't fall into those patterns.

I'm also a serial indie hacker and that usually means working with no budget. I wanted to offer this service at a price that worked for other indie hackers. You can use the service for free and only pay when it has actually saved you customers, meaning that you will always earn more than it costs.
