I need users to beta test a no-code support forms service

Hey everyone,

My name is Alejandro and I'm working on https://knots.chat. A privacy focused, no bloat alternative to services like Tidio and Intercom.

In the past months I have developed a few side projects, and realized that I needed a way let customers contact me easily. My first decision was to try Tidio. It's cool, easy to set up and customize. But the downside is that it tracks people. A few customers contacted me through the support chat and I saw a lot of stuff that I don't really care like their ip address, their city, device, OS and browser, pages they have visited.

All I care about is for them to reach me if they have any suggestion, request or feedback.

That's why I started working on knots.chat.

A super simple, agnostic, no-code support form. No live chat, yet. If you are interested in beta testing it in any of your projects please reach out and I'll set up your account.
