Hey there lovely Indie Parents!

When was the last time you felt anger building up in your system and you tried to fight it but failed?

I can write you a letter and gently whisper to your ear: "have you ever considered loving your anger?"

I'm new in the newsletters world but so far I'm loving it.

It's my 4th week hand-crafting a letter for my subscribers. I get a calm joy out of this whole thing.

"The Apparent Letter" is a newsletter that nurtures your inner parent with ideas from mindfulness, psychology and neuroscience.

My newsletter is not loaded with hundreds of links.

Each week I write a letter from the bottom of my heart around a theme I choose, putting in a few ideas that I find exciting and interesting, and keeping it simple and cosy.

That's the type of newsletter I like to read, so that's the newsletter I created.
