I truly think if someone is taking the time to provide value then they deserve to get paid.
Just like unpaid internships shouldn't be a thing, providing unpaid value digitally shouldn't be a thing either.
Yes, I couldn't agree more on the unpaid internships. The practice is just utterly cruel. Exploiting fresh grads under the facade of gaining experience is nonsense.
