Idea Validation: "We help freelancers deliver best customer experience"

Hi, being a freelancer myself I feel that there is a need of something which helps me deliver quality experience to my customers.

I am a software engineer who works on 2 weeks to 8 weeks projects and sometimes 3 projects at a time.

I feel a need of something which able me to collaborate with my clients easily that includes shares updates, clearing doubts, delivering results, deciding agenda and milestones. And I don't want to save my time while doing all of this.
