The "linkedin for real estate" idea keeps coming up. What do people think of that as a business idea. Sounds great but probably hard to pull off.

Interesting idea. There seemed to be some great "marketplaces" out there that ended up as honeypots for malicious founders/spammers.
But if there was something on the "trusted" level of LinkedIn but for real estate then I'd definitely pay for it. Why?
