Identify Duplicate Posts/Spam
Seeing many duplicate posts, it occurred to me that it wouldn't be too hard to flag if a post with the exact same title is posted within ~2hrs. Then it might be worth flagging those as potential spam/error/over-zealous.

We're aware of the problem, it's annoying at the moment! I normally delete them promptly, but sometimes I have to sleep :)
It is also possible to report users in their user profiles for spam/etc.
Sorry!!! You absolutely should sleep (and have a life). 1.) I didn't realize its currently a manual process. 2.) I was giving the user the benefit of the doubt and figured they may have just hit the submit button multiple times.

I think it is users hitting the submit button multiple of times (perhaps mixed with some performance issues), it didn't use to happen. I'm waiting patiently it for it to get fixed :) Until then, it is RosieBot!
