If you could give someone one pre-launch monetization advice, what would that be?

That's it. That's the Q.

If we're talking SaaS pre launch and your objective is maximizing new users, lead with your core value for free, you can always follow with a paywall once you've learned a lot from your new users.

If we're talking about an e-course or digital asset, again I'd give it away to a select few users for free to capture testimonials - use those testimonials on your landing page as social proof for how great this thing is.

It's hard to monetize right out the gate if you don't have social proof from existing users. Just my 10 cents!
