I'm creating in public an info product on Gumroad

Wow, such amount of buzzwords. But no, I'm actually doing it.

I have a goal to make $500 on Gumroad. The story is simple, I wan't to launch a series of info products on different topics and see which one resonates with my Twitter audience.

The condition is, I should not spend too much time working on it.

I'm also documenting my progress, day by day. Expect one tweet per day with some status updates. Sharing numbers, current plans and next steps. Expect Tweets like this

What's my current roadmap

✅ Pick a topic for the info product
✅ Create an outline what product should include
✅ Write enough material so I can enter the Pre-order phase
⚡️ Pre-Order phase - ending up 19 OCT, I'm now finishing up the product (yeah, it's not finished yet, I wanted to check if anyone is even interested. Got 2 pre-sales so far.
⏳ Release, raising price
⏳ Promote
⏳ Analyse and make decisions. Keep or ditch.
⏳ Get back to step 1

To get updates on this follow me on Twitter

If you would also like to sell something on Gumroad, and you're not sure if something is technically possible to do on this platform, I might shamelessly plug the info product I'm currently working on.

This is the total opposite of what I did (I spent 2 years, as a side project, researching the material for ZeroToUsers.com). Would be curious to see how yours pans out!

Yeah, for that kind of project you need to actually spend time researching. How was it the feeling after 2 years, I mean the launching and everything. Expectations vs realities kind of stories

Still early to tell, but I was doing the research mostly for my needs (I was frustrated with single/individual/isolated stories). I figured if something works for me, it prob worked for someone else as well.
