I'm launching a new app for Shopify merchants to help them deal with phone support.
Answering phones can take up a lot of time and manpower. The aim of this app is to reduce the support workload and help merchants reclaim their time.
It accomplishes that by automating common support requests, like:
The customer can input their order number and it will let them know the status or e-mail them info for performing a refund.
