Initial growth of members. Quantity or Quality?

I have recently started working on building a community(G-Tribe:https://g-tribe.greyatom.com/feed)

We have been posting regular content and events to help the community grow. We have been getting good initial traction of 25 new members every day.

As we embark on the next step in growth, I want to increase this count to double. But I am also aware that we are getting fewer returning members.

Any tips on how to manage both in a fairly reasonable way?

  1. 1

Better to focus on getting the quality of people and the community right before focusing in on growth imho, otherwise no one will end up staying.

Ideally you want to find people who really dig what you are doing and work to deliver as much value as you can for them.
