My company is interested in building up our IP portfolio. We would like to pay a developer to help us execute on projects that enhance our offering within the real estate development space.

this is project based, date completion based work, but with a bi-weekly salary.
we will pay you $1,600 CAD bi-weekly for whatever amount of time we all agree to.
