Introducing Re - a new personal app that helps you keep track of meds and treatments

The theory behind building habits is quite simple. You stick your new habit to an existing one, and you keep doing it until it becomes a habit.

Want to meditate in the morning? Just do it before making your morning coffee. Want to take your meds or vitamins? Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That's why your doctor tells you to take them in those precise moments that are easy to remember throughout the day.

Simple, right? But you know theory and practice are two different things. Life gets in the way most of the time, and some treatments aren't even long enough to form a habit. So we forget. That's ok.

Although, sometimes, to forget has consequences. Luckily, not life or death consequences, but need to restart or need to wait a long time before resuming the treatment, type of consequences. And they aren't very pleasant.

Today we are announcing Re. A personal app that helps you keep track and complete all your treatments. Well, it really does a little bit more. But we will get to the other benefits of using Re later on.

Visit https://getre.app/ and join our waiting list to get notified as soon as we launch it.
