Introducing Shareable Report Service

Hi guys!

In my previous career as QA Engineer, sometimes I required to share my automated test report to stakeholders, or other parties that might not have access to the tech (Jenkins, VPN, or any other kind of tech stuff).

Inspired by this condition, I think it'll be great to have a simple service that compiles and host the test report so I could easily share my test report. And thinking a little bit bigger, it might not only work for the test report, but any kind of report that produces a simple HTML report could work too.

From that, I develop https://shallure.xyz which helps user compiles and get a shareable test report URL. It currently only works for compiling test reports produced by Allure Test Report (https://docs.qameta.io/allure/), but I might add support for some other reports too in the near future.

if you have any kind of feedback, I'd love to hear it!
