The idea is to build an open collaborative platform that allows bootstrapped founders and skilled individuals to collaborate, exchange resources / crowdsource for idea developments and get the due recognition.
Here is the simple landing page (https://afavor.ml/) that I made on Notion. (Note: the layout is abit off if view on mobile)

Just a quick intro: I designed & managed couple of accelerator programs in Malaysia. My skills are in project & product management.
Hi there, I’m a professional investor in stocks and private equity, and I also mentor at accelerators. I think that many of the existing accelerators should improve on the company selection process and how they are run. I also completely agree with you about early stage companies and founders with just an idea having a hard time breaking through. I’d love to talk to you to explore the idea of an incubator that solves these problems.
@CourtneyC. Do you have an email I can have?
Thanks for reaching out, @CourtneyC.
I'd love to chat. Feel free to pick a time: https://calendly.com/chiaboon-lui/virtual-coffee
Hey, this sounds interesting. I have been accelerated twice and have participated on other programs as well, and founded two startups. What are you looking for?
Thanks for reaching out, @jdles
Good to know that you have participated in accelerator programs and founded 2 startups. What are your startups about?
The problem that I am trying to address is the lack of execution power of early stage founders (idea owners in general, not necessarily tech startup). These founders need resources to validate & build their idea (from 0 to 1) but are typically not favorited by incubator / accelerator programs, compared to those who already have product or a dedicated (experienced) team.
These programs run on batches to maximize the efficiency of resources deployments. But, this approach also limits the intake capacity, e.g. only 10 ideas are selected out of hundreds of applications. (What can we do to help the rest of them?)
While, on the other hand, newbie freelancers and young professionals (skilled individuals in general) who want to capitalize their skills but having hard time to get their name out there due to lack of credibility. They are eager to build their portfolio and advocate network but the journey is full of uncertainties and inefficiencies.
So, is it possible to help both idea owners and skilled individuals to overcome the above challenge and achieve their goals by getting them to exchange their values on an open incubator / open collaborative platform?
I'll stop here. If you are interested, we can discuss further over a call.
Cheers'
