Is it possible to "block" someone on IHs?

Say I don't want to see a particular person's posts. Can I block them so they don't show up in my feed anymore?

    I don't think so? But you could use a custom CC chrome extension to hide it. cc @csallen

        Yup I built a chrome extension that blocks keywords and posts from showing up in the feed and comments, as well as adds bookmarking posts and comments.

        Note that it doesn't block you from showing up in their feed, so it's not exactly the same as an actual block button, but it's worked REALLY well for me!
