Is QA allowed in WhatsApp business platform

Hi

The idea is to have a course with material for an enrolled student , but however student can send queries and professionals assigned can question can answer , student receives answer via whatsapp .

Is this allowed as per whatsapp platform using whatsapp business API ,

We just have students whom we teach and want to extend that on whatsapp platform

NB: l live in southern side of Africa data is costly but ISP have cheap packages on social platforms and almost anyone can afford making it viable
