Is there something like $500 limit on Stripe?

I've been selling my SaaS service via PayPal, but at some stage they introduced $500 immediate monthly payouts limit - I didn't respond to one user refund request and that put me in "high-risk" basket.

So now I have immediate access only to first $500 earned money per money. The rest is put on hold for 21 days. Being a startup - that's long :(

I'm thinking of moving to Stripe, but I wonder if I can hit any similar wall with Stripe. Anybody having any experience on that?
