Recommended by a friend of mine, I've been listening to Josh Smith lately. Here's a sample you can "taste" what his music is like:

Here's a comment from another guitarist on YouTube: "As a guitarist, I like to listen to Josh Smith, because you can never guess what he's gonna play next." Very refreshing indeed.
I bought my first electric guitar using the money I earned tutoring math in high school. It was a Fender Telecaster with sunburst body. Not long after that I realized that I don't have much talent in music, lol. But it was fun when I can replay the notes from a song. Then I saved enough to get my first stompbox, a Boss "orange" distortion. I still remember the smell of the stompbox, and "rebellious" sound coming out of it. The only place that I could play it though, is in a rented soundproof band room. So I never got enough taste of the sound.
I learned a lot about the construction, pickups, tones, body, styles and history of guitar through some of my guitar collector friends. Maybe I would become a collector after I retired some day. Right now, listening to some of the guitar greats, during my crypto journey, is a good enough treat.
