I have been on this journey to find the best way to conduct retrospective - you may ask what is a retrospective - retrospective is anytime your a team reflects on the past to improve the future asking what went well and what needs to improve. Using this the team can come up with action items to improve a process and keep doing what they love.
I always wanted something simple and easy to use to conduct retros. Then the pandemic happened, every team found themselves distributed and remote and the inability to conduct these retros in person suing sticky notes and a white board.
As an engineering manager this was very uncomfortable for me and I struggled to find a tool that made agile retrospectives easy. After much trying and frustration with all other tools I decided to develop RetroTeam.
I really focused on ease of use, great UX and no friction sign up.
Please give some feedback on what you think and if you would use it with your team.
