We noticed a problem where SDRs were struggling to understand the motivation of leads who book calls from the website. While leads can be asked questions, you cannot ask everything on the event scheduling form. The more questions you ask, the fewer conversions you will have. So, how can reps know where exactly leads came from, what made them book the demo, and what they did both before and after booking the meetings? Also, how will reps know if leads continue to show interest after the demo concludes without following up?
