Building a Micro SaaS with MailerLite, Netlify, Stripe and Zapier
I honestly don't understand what your product does, the title is just a buzzwords and 3rd party APIs. "Micro SaaS" just makes it more confusing for me. What's the difference between a SaaS and a "micro" SaaS?
“A SaaS business targeting a niche market, run by one person or a very small team, with small costs, a narrow focus, a small but dedicated user base and no outside funding. Hence, micro-SaaS.”
I've had an idea that's adjacent to this that I've been wanting to work on forever. Do you mind if I run it by you as, perhaps, it's something you'd want to incorporate as part of the paid subscription?
Gave you a vote, but ALSO I would very interested in your magic link + stripe + netlify solution because this is exactly what I'm in the middle of right now!
So if you use Stripe billing to manage subscriptions Stripes creates a session URL aka magic link that allows your users to update their subscription directly in Stripe without any type of account you can check the code in here - https://github.com/eduardosasso/bullish/blob/master/site/subscription.js
If you post the link directly then the votes don't end up counting, I believe.
Thanks. I'll remember that next time.
I'm here to say what you said😅
yeah
jup

I know, I was trying to come up with a catchy title and it didn't work in my favor.
This is against HN policy. If someone reports there, you and your site will likely be banned.
Although my poor strategy and planning failed on HN, this post seems to be getting some nice traction. Thank you, Indie Hackers!

In my opinion, you should send a link category instead of the direct link. e.g. https://news.ycombinator.com/newest
Thank you. Will do next time.
