What are your thoughts on adding Live Chat to a landing page during an idea validation stage. I’m a solo builder and my landing page get 10-20 hits per day with minimal ad spend. I’m thinking of adding a chat widget to hopefully gather more feedback.
Have any of you done this? What tools did you use? Was it worth it?
This is a great way to get feedback. Especially if you push a message, that opens the chat, when a visitor is on the page for a few seconds, or scrolls down far enough.
You can test your invitation to chat message campaign as well. Any feedback in the beginning is gold. Even though you might not gain new insights, you may get feedback on just how a potential customer puts their problem into words. This is very likely to be correlated with their search terms.
